Get a realtor to give you the addresses of expired and withdrawn listings. Send them a We Buy Houses post card. Imagine it, you were trying to sell your house for 6 month, and it did not sell…your listing expired. The next day, you get a post card from me. The motivated sellers call me, and I buy their houses.
