time! I was searching for the perfect vehicle to start learning about real
estate investing from the ground floor, and THIS IS IT! It's very reasonably
priced, and IT IS THOROUGH! Not only does it contain easy to understand step-by-step
instructions on what to do (not to mention the voluminous reference materials,
forms and websites you shared), it contains inspirational and motivational
segments as well! I'm not one to sit at the computer reading for hours, so
I printed each volume on 3-hole punch paper, put them in binders, and read
them on the bus while commuting each morning and evening to and from my day
J-O-B. Before long, I had given notice and I was on my way to building my

I have see sooo many books on real estate training that I was about ready
to throw up when I discovered yours. I was at first skeptical but thought
I would give it a try. I've read Book 1 (skimmed) and moved on to Book 2.
It has been a blessing to me that here I am beginning to get some real meat
(training) in this industry. I am doing real estate investing on a full time
basis. I have begun with some tapes on buying tax liens and tax deeds. (I
live in a tax deed state, PA). My brother and I purchased some tax liens in
