 I wanted to let you know some great results I had with your system in the last 60 days. Your 3 letter sequence struck me as a great idea and I decided to use it first. I've mailed to expired listings in the past but not with any consistency. I set up the voice mails like you recommended, used your voice mail script verbatim, then sent out letters 2 & 3 to old lists from a few months ago as well as letter 1 to this month's list. The total cost was $223.22 to get the mailing out. I was hoping for good results since I was averaging about 5-10 calls per mailing from expired listings in the past. Well, my hopes were exceeded. I have received 47 leads from the mailing just in the last week, bought three houses with profit spreads exceeding $100,000, and the calls are still coming in. I'm working like crazy to keep up.

 You know, sometimes we are our own worst enemy. Specifically in regard to procrastinating. The point I'm making is that I delayed getting serious about a marketing plan for over a year.
