Let me give you an example. In January ‘04, with my
system I received 38 calls in three weeks. I didn't have to do any cold
calling or hard selling. They called me. 17 calls turned into leads worth
following up on.
I only talked to those sellers that were already
pre-disposed to do business with me. I didn't waste time wrestling with
sellers who were not really motivated.

to turn at least ONE of them into cold, hard cash.

good idea of how much you need to spend on marketing for each deal that
