Let me give you an example. In January ‘04, with my system I received 38 calls in three weeks. I didn't have to do any cold calling or hard selling. They called me. 17 calls turned into leads worth following up on.

I only talked to those sellers that were already pre-disposed to do business with me. I didn't waste time wrestling with sellers who were not really motivated.

Here is a log of my phone calls from the first week of this campaign:

This is not to imply a guarantee of the results you will have, but if you had those 17 leads, you should be able to turn at least ONE of them into cold, hard cash.

What would that be worth to you?

Even if this campaign cost $500, would it be worth it? Considering you should be able to make a MINIMUM of $5000 (I would hope more like $15,000 to $30,000+) on a deal, you would be getting a great return on your marketing investment.
