Dear Larry,

I am writing to let you know how pleased I have been with your course, the Ultimate Buying & Selling Machine. I've read many books and courses and attended numerous seminars. Your course has many, many great ideas that I haven't heard or read about before. The use of answering services, autoresponders (I didn't even know what one was) and your marketing ideas are specific examples of items that I have incorporated into my business.

 

The attached check for $1,975.00 are from a deal I closed in October. it's not a huge profit compared to your recommended profit of $5,500 but I had a total of three hours invested in it. For $1,975.00, that's not a bad profit in my opinion! The seller was awarded this house (an "Extreme Makeover" candidate if I ever saw one) in a divorce and I was able to assign my contract to a contractor that had his own crews to "makeover" this house. I specifically used your Ultimate Property Analyzer software during my first call with the seller and we arrived at a sales price of $5,200. I was shocked when she agreed to it over the phone! I am looking forward to implementing some more of your ideas in 2006 and growing my business.
