W & W Capital, LLC - Our mission at W & W Capital, LLC is
to engage in and conduct all and every kind of lawful business including, but not limited to
acquiring, development, financing, refinancing, leasing, managing, and selling real estate.
While providing home ownership opportunities to low-to-moderate-income families. All-round
improving the quality of life of the community.
To accomplish our mission, we will work with local organizations and investors with common
interest to arrange the best possible transaction, while demonstrating our ability to create
affordable home ownership and/or rental opportunities to low-to-moderate-income-families.
Rasean Williams - My interest in real estate investing was brought to me by my
business partner Bernard Woodson. Back in 2005, he took me to a seminar filled with
millionaires that made their living off of real estate. Before that day I knew nothing
about this business, but now my mind is open to the endless opportunity real estate can
bring you. I've invested so much into my knowledge and still trying to learn more. Overcoming
the fear of a new challenge was not easy, however, with hard work and dedication you can
prevail over anything.
Bernard Woodson - As a child I always had an interest in being an entrepreneur. I
would always come up with creative ways to make money from selling lemonade to cutting my
neighbors lawns in the summer to shoveling their snow in the winter. My mother fueled the
little entrepreneur in me by always encouraging me to always be self-sustained and depend
on no man. In 2002 she convinced me to get my Realtors license so that I could make money
while in college but little did I know that this decision would change my life. My mentor
at the brokerage always told me that you will never be rich by just selling real estate but
you must also invest in it. Then I started to notice that all of the successful Realtors
were not just selling other peoples homes but they were also buying homes. In 2005 I was
invited to a conference on investing and invited my longtime childhood friend Rasean to
join me. During this conference we saw the endless possibilities real estate investing had
to offer and what it had done for some of our peers and this was when we took a serious
interest in investing and within weeks W & W Capital, LLC was born and we have not looked
back since. Since then we have completed several real estate training courses from residential
investments buy, fix and flip or hold, to commercial investments including ground leasing,
mobile home parks, and development, to purchasing none performing loans, to billboards, and
much more. In 2006 we purchased our first investment property where W & W Capital, LLC is
headquartered and have been making steady progress every since. Stay tuned there is much
