across a home in the foreclosure process which had been abandoned by

$54,000 and have two more working for November. Not bad for a guy
who three years ago had to file for bankruptcy when his business
failed, had no money to work with to start this program and is being

A Simple Secret That Can Make You An Extra $100,000 Per
Year
If you've been around the foreclosure game for any amount of time, you
know the score. A large percentage of the properties that have significant
profit potential are bought by investors before the foreclosure sale, or
otherwise sold by the owner. A small percentage of the properties have
their loans caught up by the owner. The rest of these "plum" properties
typically go into bankruptcy, with the dogs that have little equity
typically comprising the majority of properties auctioned off.
I know from practicing law that most debtors do not stay in bankruptcy.
They are often unable to meet the terms of their payment plan, or their
case is dismissed for whatever reason. Once the homeowner is removed from
bankruptcy, it typically takes the lender a little time to get around to
re-advertising the property for auction and starting the foreclosure
process over again. You thus have a considerable gap where no other
investor knows that this property will soon be foreclosed on again. Most
investors turn to the next month of foreclosures and don't follow up with
these owners who went into bankruptcy. If you follow up and keep in touch,
you will literally have deals land in your lap.

global manufacturing company...I came across your premium course one

final sales price of $87900 with a 6% rent credit. In two years, my
total profit will be $23,900...
